Job Overview
- Exciting opportunity for a Nurse Manager Women and Children's Services at an award-winning hospital in Nevada
- Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals focused on quality care and safety
- The hospital offers a broad range of services including emergency and trauma care, surgery, oncology, women's health, pediatrics, and more
- Manage daily operations of the department and oversee LDRP, Pediatrics, childbirth education, and lactation
- Report to the Director of Specialty Nursing Services
- Lead a team of 75 FTE's and 85 Direct Reports

Responsibilities
- Manage the clinical and administrative operations of the department
- Serve as a clinical expert and department resource
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and physician providers
- Lead recruitment and professional development activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee department fiscal budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Women and Children's Services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices
