Responsibilities
- Support the hospital utilization management team functions for all patients
- Facilitate communication between the hospital UM team and the payer UM team
- Assist in any department function that supports timely communication and authorization for hospital patients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous insurance knowledge or clinic work experience front or back office
