Job Overview
We are seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the mobile clinic, assisting with patient care and treatment, and ensuring the mobile clinic is properly maintained and stocked.

Responsibilities
- Drive the mobile clinic and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Ensure the mobile clinic is stocked with necessary supplies and medications
- Register patients and maintain accurate records
- Obtain vital signs and perform basic medical procedures
- Adhere to infection control measures
- Collect specimens and perform testing
- Assist with packing and shipping of specimens
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide emergency medical care when necessary
- Clean and disinfect rooms to maintain a safe environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Recent clinical experience within the past 6 months
- Valid paramedic certification and licensure in the state of Nevada
- Current BLS Certification required, ACLS and PALS preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule for late afternoon, evening hours, and overtime as needed
- Able to wear PPE for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
