Job Overview
- Looking for enthusiastic, caring professionals with supervisory experience.
- Assist and support youths with daily activities.
- Perform supervisory duties of staff.
- Responsible for all activities in the home.
- Required to supervise Team Members.
Compensation
- $45,000 - $65,000 a year
- Full-time
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain employee schedules.
- Review and approve time cards.
- Train new hires.
- Record and report home maintenance.
- Report changes in staff and clients to upper management.
- Learn and follow JCFS/Agencies policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Hold at least an Associates Degree in a related field (bachelor degree preferred) OR
- 3+ years experience in a related field with supervisory experience OR
- 5+ years experience in Mental/Behavioral Healthcare field.
- Ability to act as liaison between multiple people and agencies.
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong boundaries and ability to maintain patience.
- Ability to train others.
- Reliable transportation along with a valid Driver's License and valid Vehicle Insurance are mandatory.
- Medicaid Approved preferred.
- Must be able to pass a Washoe County WCDSS background check.
- Finger printing is required, in addition to CPR certification and a clear TB test.
