HOME ABOUT US SERVICES SAFETY CAREERS CONTACT Job Openings >> Superintendent - Construction / Maintenance Superintendent - Construction / Maintenance Summary Title: Superintendent - Construction / Maintenance ID: 50000 Location: Pasadena, Texas Department: Maintenance Salary Range: Dependent on Interview Description The Mundy Companies, a leader in the industrial maintenance, services and construction fields is currently hiring for the following position in the PASADENA, TX area: SUPERINTENDENT Successful candidate will have five - ten years current experience managing a medium to large industrial maintenance and manufacturing support job sites and extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance activities, standards, and practices. Experience managing a manufacturing support team is a plus. The Superintendent will be expected to consistently maintain the distinguished record of safety performance at the site. The successful candidate must have the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute small capital projects, daily maintenance activities, turnarounds and schedules, as well as handle daily interaction with client management. Unquestioned integrity coupled with a demonstrated dedication to The Mundy Companies values and vision is mandatory for this position. Successful candidate will have superior leadership qualities as well as management ability and must possess good human relations skills. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient computer skills, including maintenance related software, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Applicants must possess the basic knowledge of the crafts and maintenance skills to ensure adequate supervision of site employees as well as adequate knowledge of finance as it pertains to budgets and project cost management.
