Position Summary As the Director of Cancer Services at Carson Tahoe Health you will oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, certification, and delivery of cancer services. Provide expertise in cancer service delivery that includes leadership skills, community collaboration, partnership development, comprehensive planning processes, developing implementation strategies, implementing quality measures, and budgetary control along with providing strategic planning, action planning, and time lines to key stake holders both internal and external. Minimum Qualifications 7-10 years of management or progressive leadership experience. Must have excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency. In depth knowledge of ACoS for Oncology Services Accreditation and Cancer statistics, interpretation, and reporting. Must also possess an understanding of Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Oncology Nursing, Oncology Social Work, Cancer Registry data collection, interpretation, and reporting. Master's degree in nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is required. Current BLS certification.
