Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in centrifuging, granulating, and storing sugar: Sets timing controls on centrifuges for spinning, washing, and predrying cycles. Observes operation of equipment and temperature and flowmeters to verify specified flow of product between stations. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
