Moves grain spouts to load grain into holds of ships: Unlashes grain spout, and lowers, raises, and changes direction of spout to test operation of guide ropes and hand winches. Lowers spout into hold of ship and directs spout toward specified compartment. Signals CONVEYOR-SYSTEM OPERATOR to start flow of grain. Moves spout in various directions to load grain evenly into compartment.
