What does a Warp Coiler do?
Off bears ropes of yarn from discharge end of yarn mercerizing, dyeing, or drying machine, or from machine that divides ball warps into smaller warps: Observes ropes of yarn as ropes coil onto cloth or fold into baskets or cartons to detect breaks or tangles in yarn. Ties broken yarn ends to prevent tangling. Signals machine tender to stop machine if yarn tangles. Ties corners of cloth over coiled yarn and replaces filled cloth or basket. Assists machine tenders in threading and cleaning machine.
