Informs packinghouse supervisor and sales agents of crops to be processed to plan packinghouse activities and sales campaigns. Oversees packinghouse activities and assigns duties to subordinate supervisors. Reports needed packinghouse repairs and replacements to superiors. May hire and discharge packinghouse employees.
