Lays out cloth in preparation for sewing into continuous strips: Cuts bands from bale with wire snips and removes burlap wrapping. Stacks folded cloth on floor or handtruck with ends exposed to facilitate sewing. Records lot numbers and total yardage of cloth laid out on work ticket.
