Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning, eviscerating and preparing fish for packing or canning: Trains workers to clean, eviscerate or prepare fish for packing or canning. Inspects fish at various stages of processing to determine if company standards are being met. Performs other duties as prescribed under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
