Directs and coordinates activities of customs collection district personnel and cooperates with officials of other government agencies to enforce federal customs laws and collections, under supervision of DISTRICT CUSTOMS DIRECTOR: Dictates correspondence and prepares or verifies district reports. Answers inquiries of confidential or technical nature. Confers with officials of other government agencies to effect mutual cooperation in enforcement activities. Reviews civil case reports on customs violations to determine disposition. Schedules training and work assignments. Serves as consultant to DISTRICT CUSTOMS DIRECTOR.
