What does a Cob Sawyer do?
Tends belt-driven saw that cuts corncobs into specified lengths for bowls of corncob pipes: Pushes lever that engages belt to start saw. Positions cob against stop on table of saw and depresses pedal that advances revolving saw blade, cutting cob to specified length. Places husks and other waste material on conveyor belt for disposal.
