Sews sections of animal intestine to form casings for lunch meat and specialty meat products: Positions edges of dried intestines together, places strips of paper over intestines, and slides them under presser foot of sewing machine. Starts machine, and stitches edges of liner and end of intestines to form casings. Maintains count of casings sewed for company records. May inspect and grade casings [CASING GRADER].
